What You'll Do:

Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments . Help families build and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) . Provide direct early intervention services to children and their families. Work closely with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services meet state standards. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth opportunities.

Who We're Looking For:

Strong communicator with a passion for early childhood development . Bachelor's degree or higher education in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related fields as listed in Developmental Certification Policy (2010), section J. Committed to family-centered care and collaborative problem-solving. Able to meet (or willing to obtain) Developmental Specialist Certification within one month of hire. Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive — a true team player . Professional with a strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality.
