Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Grants Project Specialist to support grant data reconciliation efforts. This role involves reconciling grant data across the State's ERP system (Workday), agency records, and federal drawdown data. The selected candidate will receive training on state grant reconciliation processes and work closely with state agency staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Reconcile grant data between Workday, state agency records, and federal drawdown data. Analyze and validate financial and grant-related data for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with state agency staff to identify and resolve data discrepancies. Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile large datasets. Maintain accurate documentation and support grant reconciliation activities. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Follow established reconciliation procedures and contribute to process improvements. Required Qualifications Strong data analysis and analytical skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with federal grants or grant administration. Familiarity with financial reconciliation or ERP systems such as Workday. #
