Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Dealer Specialist! Summit Management Group, a family owned, faith based organization located in the heart of West Tennessee is looking for those interested in building a career and longevity with a great company. Responsibilities:
Communicate with Dealer locations to facilitate prompt repair of used units Answer incoming dealer calls, texts, and emails to assist with repair or pricing needs Pay and process repair invoices. Maintain updated listings on used trailer website to help facilitate sales for dealers Post used trailers for sale across the country on Facebook Marketplace Respond and interact with interest parties via Facebook Marketplace messages Work with customers to complete contracts and coordinate with dealers from sales made via Facebook Marketplace Provide timely responses to dealer's text messages via iPad Provide pricing to dealers on newly acquired used units within an allotted time frame Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers to motivate and encourage an efficient work dynamic and relationship Collaborate with peers to solve problems and achieve personally set goals as well as company provided goals Support partner dealer specialist in the event of scheduled or unscheduled days off
Experience:
Prior office experience Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel Proficient in keyboarding (typing) Proficient with
Apple Products Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Self-motivated, extroverted, tactful, organized, and goal-oriented. Computer literate with a good working knowledge of office products, equipment, and procedures. Must possess strong organizational, multitasking skills, and stress management skills. Ability to effectively self-manage time and prioritize tasks. Must be able to understand and follow written instructions, communicate effectively (orally and written), and listen effectively.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
