Site Manager Leadership Trainee Care LinQ Maricopa, AZ 85139 Posted about 5 hours New Position Summary The Site Manager Leadership Trainee is a paid internship for college students interested in behavioral health, healthcare administration, disability services, business operations, or human-services leadership. The trainee will learn how an Adult Day Treatment and Training site operates through instruction, simulations, administrative projects, and supervised field experience. This is a training position and does not provide independent management authority. Responsibilities Under supervision, the trainee will: Learn daily site operations and safety procedures Assist with administrative and compliance projects Practice objective documentation and record review Help track training, credentials, supplies, and deadlines Participate in mock staffing and emergency scenarios Develop communication and staff-leadership skills Attend weekly coaching and competency reviews Complete a site-improvement capstone project Participate in approved member activities after receiving clearance Member Contact and Staffing Boundaries The trainee: May not interact with members until all required documentation, clearances, training, and competencies are approved Will not replace an assigned DSP Will not be counted independently in the required staffing ratio May not independently manage or close the site May not independently administer medication, change support plans, investigate incidents, discipline employees, or sign documents as management A qualified Care LinQ employee remains responsible for members and site operations.
Qualifications Applicants must:
Be enrolled in an accredited college or university Have completed at least 60 college credit hours Be in good academic standing Be at least 18 years old Be available approximately six hours per week Demonstrate maturity, reliability, attention to detail, and professional communication Be willing to complete all required training and clearances including obtaining a AZ Fingerprint Clearance card. Preferred majors include business administration, healthcare administration, organizational leadership, social work, psychology, behavioral science, human services, public administration, and nonprofit management.
