General Manager — Disaster Restoration Anaheim, CA | $150K Base Salary + Bonus/Benefits We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, team performance, customer relationships, and overall growth for a well-established disaster restoration company in Anaheim. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven restoration professional who understands the demands of a 24/7 environment and can drive accountability across production, sales, customer service, and financial performance. What You'll Own Lead day-to-day operations across mitigation, reconstruction, and restoration teams Drive revenue, profitability, KPIs, productivity, and overall branch performance Recruit, develop, coach, and hold managers and team members accountable Build strong relationships with customers, adjusters, property managers, and commercial accounts Ideal Background 5+ years of leadership experience within disaster restoration Proven experience managing restoration operations, teams, and financial performance Strong understanding of mitigation, reconstruction, estimating, and project management Comfortable leading in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with a strong focus on accountability and customer service Compensation & Benefits $150K base salary + bonus opportunity If you're an experienced restoration leader ready to take ownership of a growing operation, we'd like to hear from you.
