Job Summary:
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Management Trainee Program . This rotational program is designed for recent graduates with strong leadership potential, a global vision, and a passion for logistics, supply chain management, and warehouse operations. Trainees will gain cross-functional exposure, hands-on experience, and structured development to prepare for future leadership roles within our organization. Key Responsibilities Rotate across multiple departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of operations, company policies, and industry regulations. Shadow experienced managers to observe decision-making and leadership practices. Monitor and manage inventory levels; conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies. Participate in order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Attend structured training sessions, workshops, and team collaboration activities. Deliver project presentations and actively participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related fields . Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese required; Spanish proficiency is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick learner of warehouse management systems. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Business-minded, goal-oriented, and eager to embrace challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
