Schedules and provides unit tours with prospective residents Answer phone calls and emails from current and prospective residents Update and maintain prospective resident contact database Assist with application intake, verification, and screening Regularly complete market surveys Invoice entry Prepare notices Assist with marketing of available units General administrative support Special projects as assigned Additional tasks as assigned by

Property Manager About You:

High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred Multi family leasing manager experience 3+ years Real Page and One-Site experience a plus Appfolio experience a plus Self-starter who is determined to get the job done and takes pride in their work Excellent customer service and maintains a professional appearance Detail oriented with great organizational skills Must work weekends We'd love to hear from you!
