Job Description
Camp Stevens is seeking a relational, mission-driven Executive Director to help shape the next chapter of this 75-year camp and retreat ministry.
Set on 250+ acres in the mountains of Southern California, Camp Stevens is a vibrant year-round community serving children, families, schools, retreat groups, and guests through summer camp, outdoor education, retreats, and immersive outdoor experiences. The camp serves the dioceses of Los Angeles and San Diego.
Camp Stevens is building on a solid foundation, with recent facility investments, a growing culture of philanthropy, and clear strategic priorities for the future.
The Executive Director will lead a diverse staff and oversee operations, finances, fundraising, strategic priorities, and key relationships while stewarding a culture of openness, connection, gratitude, wonder, and wholehearted belonging.
Camp Stevens welcomes and values people of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences, including full affirmation of LGBTQIA+ individuals.
