Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including significant senior-level operational responsibility

Master's degree Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience The successful candidate will have full responsibility for the performance of multiple manufacturing operations, bringing together people, processes, assets, and resources under a unified business strategy. This executive will own P&L performance while directing Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, Human Resources, and other key functions.
Responsibilities:
