Job Summary :
The Managing Director provides strategic and operational leadership for PAFCO, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the organization. The role oversees key business functions, strengthens customer and supplier relationships, and ensures effective execution of the company's strategic objectives. Lead corporate strategy, business development, and overall performance. Oversee operations, sales, supply chain, finance, and organizational effectiveness. Drive revenue growth, profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and business partners. Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing management team. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and corporate standards. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience. Proven P&L and general management experience. Strong strategic, financial, operational, and leadership capabilities. Experience in seafood, food manufacturing, or distribution preferred.
