DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNTY

Rate:

$28-30/hr. (PLUS .56/per mile, $$ per stop)

Location:

Vernon, CA Responsibilities & Requirements 1+ year of Class A CDL driving experience preferred, with OTR experience required. Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical certification. Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned routes. Transport and deliver freight safely and on schedule. Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Properly unload, secure, and inspect cargo as needed. Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery paperwork, and required documentation. Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding deliveries, delays, or route concerns. Follow all DOT, state, and company safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe driving record. Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and DOT requirements. Tractor-trailer, reefers, flatbed, or specialized equipment experience is preferred. TWIC card is a plus but not required. Must be able to pass required background and drug/alcohol screenings.

Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
