Key Responsibilities:

Profitability & Growth:

Oversee operations to maximize efficiency and achieve EBITDA targets. Identify new revenue streams, cost-saving measures, and acquisition opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development:

Build and empower a high-performing team through accountability and professional growth. Cultivate a positive, aligned, and motivated work environment.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute annual business plans. Lead initiatives in sales, marketing, and operational improvements.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations within the industry. Proactively manage risk by staying informed on industry trends and compliance updates.

Brand Development:

Oversee marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and its market presence.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Leadership:

Experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, or similar role, with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency.

Financial Expertise:

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
