Vista Irrigation District Vista, California General Manager Annual salary: $300,000 to $335,000 The district provides a generous benefits package.

To build on its strong legacy of service, VID is seeking a forward-thinking General Manager to guide the District's strategic direction and operational excellence The General Manager develops, implements and executes short and long-term plans, policies, budgets and strategies to accomplish the District's mission and Board of Directors' priorities. The incumbent operates within broad general policy guidelines and exercises substantial latitude and discretion to achieve effective and efficient utilization of the District's resources in serving the District's constituencies and rate payers.
