Build the Team. Drive the Results. Kaizen Collision Center is hiring an experienced Collision Repair General Manager to lead one of our Colorado locations. We're looking for a proven collision repair leader who knows how to drive production, develop people, improve profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is not a desk-only management role. You should know what's happening on the production floor, understand your KPIs, recognize where the shop is losing opportunities, and know how to get your team moving in the right direction. If you know how to run a successful collision center, we want to talk. Compensation $90,000
- 110,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission In addition to base salary, this position offers bonus and commission opportunities based on performance and results.
Base salary is determined by experience, qualifications, and leadership background. What You'll Do Lead all day-to-day collision center operations Manage and develop estimators, technicians, painters, parts personnel, CSRs, and production staff Drive sales, revenue, gross profit, and overall profitability Manage cycle time, touch time, throughput, and productivity Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to improve performance Keep production moving and address bottlenecks quickly Recruit, coach, develop, and retain strong employees Set clear expectations and create accountability Ensure repairs meet OEM procedures and quality standards Maintain high customer satisfaction Manage labor and operating expenses Maintain strong insurance and DRP relationships Build productive vendor relationships Resolve customer and operational issues Maintain a safe, professional, performance-driven shop What We're Looking For Previous collision repair management experience is required.
Ideal candidates will have:
Proven collision repair management experience Experience leading a high-volume collision center Strong knowledge of collision repair production and workflow Understanding of insurance claims and DRP programs Strong financial and operational knowledge Experience managing shop KPIs and profitability Ability to recruit, coach, and develop employees Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to make decisions and solve problems quickly High standards for quality and customer service Strong organizational and follow-through skills Valid driver's license I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
