Your leadership will ensure that our dealership remains a premier destination for motorcycle enthusiasts. Responsibilities Lead all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Drive sales growth through strategic planning, effective management of the sales pipeline, and active participation in outside sales efforts. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients, utilizing CRM software to track leads and customer interactions. Manage inventory control and dealership assets meticulously to maximize profitability while maintaining optimal stock levels of motorcycles, accessories, and related products. Oversee retail math calculations, pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and financial analysis to ensure healthy margins and sales performance. Foster a high-performance sales environment by coaching staff on B2B (business-to-business) sales techniques, negotiation skills, cold calling strategies, and phone etiquette. Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere through excellent customer service practices; handle escalated issues with professionalism and effective communication skills. Support sales staff with outbound sales campaigns, deal closing strategies, and upselling opportunities. Maintain organized records of all sales activities using CRM systems; monitor sales pipeline progress to meet or exceed targets consistently.
Ideal Candidate Must Have:
3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience. 3-7 years of recent dealership GM or GSM experience. Ability to hire, train, and manage dealership personnel Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with CRM software platforms; experience with inventory control systems is highly desirable. Excellent public speaking skills for representing the dealership at events or community outreach programs. Ability to lead a team effectively through motivation, coaching, and performance management—fostering a positive work culture focused on excellence.
