Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our car wash facility. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient service Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance as needed Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company standards Track sales, manage cash handling, and prepare basic reports Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when necessary Qualifications Previous management or supervisory experience (car wash or service industry preferred) Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment Basic computer and administrative skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive and team-oriented work environment
