We're hiring a General Manager to take charge of daily operations, team development, and strategic execution. This role is perfect for someone who's equal parts coach, decision-maker, and problem-solver.

Compensation:

$60,000

• $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and drive profitability Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management efforts Collaborate with ownership/executive team on strategic planning and reporting Lead and manage daily operations across departments to ensure a seamless workflow Ensure adherence to operational policies and industry best practices
