HOTWORX is the first ever 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers its members a variety of virtually instructed exercise programs. Our members achieve their fitness goal through our 3D training concept, which consist of: Heat, Infrared Energy, and Exercise. Our exclusive workouts are led by a HOTWORX certified virtual instructor in one of our infrared saunas, in which you will be guided through each 15-minute HITT, or 30-minute Isometric session. Our studio offers unlimited sessions ranging from Hot Iso, Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and many more, suitable for all members of all fitness levels.

Job Details & Responsibilities:

We are currently looking to grow our team with an enthusiastic General Manager, who will be responsible for introducing this innovative fitness studio concept to the Riverview Bloomingdale area. The General Manager position will lead the sales staff and overall membership experience for our clients, as well as: Working as a team player to help grow the member base of the studio through sales, onboarding new members, and delivering a legendary customer service experience. Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community, including outreach to prospective members by social media, phone, text, email and engaging through local events. Leading and motivating the membership sales team by achieving personal sales goals and providing coaching to the sales staff to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs. Curating a culture within the facility that prioritizes helping members feel and look their very best. Maintaining an immaculate fitness studio with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence. With a brand-new studio, the General Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining the overall success of the studio and our membership experience!

Basic Requirements:

High school Diploma or equivalent (College Degree Preferred)

Supervising Experience:

1-2 years (Preferred)

Customer Service:

2+ years (Preferred) Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness. Our ideal candidates should have previous management experience, a fitness certification, and or degree in a related field. Candidates should also have a strong interest in wanting to help others achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Compensation:

We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commission, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts. Position is salary based plus commission and bonuses, so you control what you earn.

Full-time Pay :

Base pay $40,000 year plus commissions and incentives.

Studio Membership (for use at any HOTWORX location in the USA.) Employee product discounts. Travel to HOTWORX annual convention. Paid time off.

Work requirements:

Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts per day) with some weekend availability.

Associate or bachelor's degree (Preferred)
