ALM Automotive Group, with 20+ Dealerships, has been serving the greater metro Atlanta, North Carolina & South Carolina area since 2006, providing new cars, luxury and other pre-owned vehicles at competitive prices. With a commitment to customer satisfaction and a diverse inventory of over 4000 cars, ALM offers a hassle-free car-buying experience. The company prides itself on its no-pressure sales approach and customer service guarantee. Role Description This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in the Macon at ALM Automotive Group. Import/Luxury store 200 units a month must have prior experience running a 150+ car store. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement strategies to drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the General Manager will be responsible for maintaining financial performance and fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic Planning skills Automotive Industry Experience and Knowledge Sales and Marketing Expertise Financial Management and Budgeting skills Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in a managerial role
