Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for total site performance , including staffing, operations, customer experience, and results. You will set the standard, lead by example, and ensure the wash operates at a high level every day. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily car wash operations Hire, train, coach, and manage staff Manage scheduling, labor, and coverage Maintain wash quality, safety, and cleanliness standards Handle customer escalations professionally Enforce company policies and procedures Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs Coordinate maintenance and basic troubleshooting Communicate regularly with ownership Build and maintain a strong team culture Qualifications 2+ years of General Manager or senior management experience Car wash, automotive, retail, or service-industry background preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to run operations independently Reliable, organized, and results-driven Comfortable working outdoors and extended hours Willingness to work weekends High level of accountability and ownership
