This role develops and supports employees, drives branch profitability, manages customer and employee escalations, and ensures alignment with company goals, policies, and standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment. Grow, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry. Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
