Century Park Plaza General Manager Century Park Plaza is a 607 unit condominium located in Pearl City. Resumes are being accepted for the General Manager's position. The General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Century Park Plaza and works under the supervision of the assigned Property Manager. The General Manager is accountable to the Board of Directors as a whole while ensuring compliance with Association's governing documents, including the Declaration, By Laws, and House Rules. The General Manager is responsible for the management of all employees, including the Assistant Manager, the Executive Assistant, landscaping, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. An Assistant Manager is responsible for the security guard staffing with some oversight by the General Manager. Solicitation of competitive proposals, management of in-house repairs, and contractor projects while balancing fiscal responsibility is vital. Desirable traits for right candidate include an impressive temperament, impeccable communication skills for all encounters, a positive attitude, compassion, empathy, and strength for all situations encountered including with staff, owners, visitors, tenants, contractors, etc. Minimum requirement includes five years of ongoing and proven experience managing a condominium, a high school diploma or equivalent, and bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
