General Manager Opportunity The General Manager will lead all aspects of a high-revenue branch operation, overseeing operations, sales, customer experience, financial performance, and team development. This leader will be responsible for driving day-to-day execution while partneringwith senior leadership to improve operational performance and position the business for long-term growth. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on, people-focused leader with a builder mentality-someone who can strengthen culture, implement operational discipline, develop future leaders, and establish the processes and accountability needed to scale the business. Success in this role requires balancing strong financial and operational acumen with a leadership style that inspires trust, ownership, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of branch operations, including service, installation, customer service, scheduling, warehouse, and sales. Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, accountability, and continuous improvement. Own branch P&L performance, budgets, KPIs, and profitability. Recruit, develop, and coach high-performing leaders while building a strong organizational culture. Oversee procurement, inventory management, and operational planning. Ensure an exceptional customer experience while supporting continued business growth. Partner with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives and prepare the business for future expansion. Qualifications 7+ years of progressive operational leadership experience. 3+ years leading a business or division with full P&L responsibility. Proven success improving operational performance and leading high-performing teams. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and business metrics. Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and change management skills. Experience implementing processes, driving accountability, and developing future leaders. Preferred Qualifications Leadership experience in home services, field services, construction, industrial services, distribution, or similar operational environments. Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, or related industries is preferred but not required. Experience with ServiceTitan or comparable field service management software. Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and operational planning. Experience leading business transformations, operational turnarounds, or high-growth organizations. Military leadership experience or experience leading large field-based teams is highly valued. This is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Meridian, Idaho. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. The General Manager will maintain a visible leadership presence while partnering closely with regional leadership and supporting multiple operating locations to drive performance and future growth.
Compensation:
