This includes oversight of staffing, leasing, marketing, maintenance, financial management, and resident experience. This role is accountable for delivering strong operational results, driving NOI, and leading a high-performing team. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Hire, train, coach, and develop all community team members Lead team scheduling and ensure appropriate staffing levels Address performance, attendance, and development opportunities proactively Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture Operations & Property Management Oversee all day-to-day property operations across departments Conduct regular inspections of units, common areas, and amenities Ensure property standards are maintained and enhanced Coordinate unit turns to meet move-in deadlines Leasing, Marketing & Resident Experience Support leasing efforts, tours, and sales activities as needed Maintain strong leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy goals Build relationships with campus partners and local organizations Oversee resident relations, conflict resolution, and lease compliance Lead resident engagement programming and community events Financial Performance & Compliance Manage property budget, expenses, and financial performance to maximize NOI Monitor resident accounts for accuracy, collections, and timeliness Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and company policies Identify opportunities for operational and financial improvements Community & External Relations Develop partnerships with universities and local organizations Lead outreach marketing initiatives in the surrounding community Represent B.HOM professionally with residents, clients, and stakeholders Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the community What We're Looking For Required Skills & Qualifications Strong leadership and team management experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Understanding of student housing operations and campus environments Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe Preferred Qualifications Experience in student housing or multifamily property management Familiarity with property management systems such as Entrata Work Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday Extended hours, evenings, and weekends required based on business needs Physical Requirements Ability to move throughout the property and conduct inspections Frequent use of a computer and office equipment Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and written formats Occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to travel locally and occasionally overnight as needed Why Join B.HOM?
