Acts as a point of contact or gatekeeper between top management and other stakeholders. Provides oversight and guidance to projects of high importance. May act as an advisor to the chief executive, or responsible for the management of executive support staff. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments.

Job Description
Collaborative Team:
Work alongside top-tier physicians and specialists, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to deliver outstanding patient care. This is a clinically focused leadership position and applicants with significant experience in the treatment of Lymphoid malignancies, Leukemias (Chronic and Acute), or Plasma Cell Disorders (Myeloma) are highly desired. The ideal candidate will be a respected Hematologist with a distinguished national reputation.Academic rank will be commensurate with experience. Our hematology program isfully integratedfor all aspects of the research and clinical mission, and leverages City of Hope's program leadership and long history of preeminence in hematology. The leader must possess a breadth of skills, including deep knowledge of clinical practice, a strong commitment to training and the career development of faculty as well as demonstrated leadership and administrative ability. Includes a highly competitive salary, signing bonus, relocation assistanceand productivity/performance incentives.Base Salary Range:
$500K-$600K. This range reflects the base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Salary is negotiable and will be determined based on factors such as experience, training, and hospital/community needs.Comprehensive Benefits:
