Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Management Trainee. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to prepare you for a successful career with VDO. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn various aspects of the business and gain hands-on experience in sales management, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operations of the store under the guidance of experienced managers
• Learn and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve targets
• Operate cash registers and ensure accurate transactions
• Learn the production and Sorting aspect of our business
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Support the Store Manager in overseeing staff performance and scheduling
• Familiarize yourself with Point of Sale (POS) systems for efficient transactions
• Contribute to maintaining organizational standards and visual merchandising
• Price products accurately and ensure promotional displays are set up effectively

Skills:

• Strong aptitude for training development and willingness to learn new skills
• Previous experience or interest in sales management is a plus
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
• Knowledge of retail management practices and customer service principles
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Ability to organize stock efficiently and maintain inventory accuracy
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is advantageous
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for smooth transaction processing
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
