Duties Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation to meet client specifications. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic living environments. Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients. Utilize janitorial and custodial experience to maintain cleanliness across various surfaces and areas within homes. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including vacuums, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and other tools. Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work when necessary to access hard-to-reach areas or perform deep cleans. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on service completion, and ensure satisfaction with the cleaning process. Skills Proven experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping management, or janitorial roles with a focus on customer service excellence. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent time management skills to complete scheduled tasks efficiently without compromising quality. Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work activities. Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and safety protocols related to custodial work. Effective client communication skills to understand preferences and deliver personalized service consistently.
