Have management and/or sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment such as a spa, salon, or gym. Massage industry experience is a PLUS but not required Are sales and numbers driven natural leaders who can build relationships while motivating, coaching and supporting a team Can have tough conversations in a professional and constructive manner Can create a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued and recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission 3 years proven customer service and sales experience preferred. Retail supervisor and/or management experience required. Proven sales success a plus. Ability to effectively communicate clinic policies and procedures. Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment. Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff. Proficient with Microsoft Office and various computer functions. Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekendsDay-to-Day:
Coaching a sales team to follow a proven consultative sales model to identify a guest's need for ongoing massage & skin care services. Consultatively sell guests on the 'need' for continued therapy based on therapist's Wellness Plan. Manage and direct a front desk to provide excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival and selling memberships. Pull and analyze reports to identify areas of focus and additional training needed. Assign call lists to staff to make outbound client service phones. Observe and coach skills with team. Track results and share with Clinic Manager. Conduct one-on-ones weekly along other sales management techniques to keep the sales team focused on results. Manage the Sales Team in maintaining a professional front desk and reception area. Manage administrative tasks including documenting employee behavior, reviews and staff schedule. - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as managing sales records and reports
- Strong math skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting
