We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee and motivate our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check Duties Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities. Conduct employee orientation, training, and ongoing development to enhance team performance. Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and POS transactions. Manage scheduling shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for optimal customer service. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and assisting with onboarding processes. Maintain accurate records of sales, payroll, inventory control, and store expenses through bookkeeping and administrative tasks.
