Job Overview We are currently searching for a General Manage that can support the daily operations of our community by following the guidelines and policies in place. Work with board members, vendors, and homewoners to enhance satisfaction in our established community. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service. Oversee a small staff Attend monthly, Annual, and special meetings. Oversee all financial responsibilities as per outlined in the job description. Work on short and long-term planning, managing contracts and overseeing maintenance and all vendors working on the property. Experience 3+ years of experience in community association management or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and QuickBooks Excellent verbal and communication skills Ability to work within a budget History of managing a staff Quality Leadership Ability Marketing Knowledge/Know-how Strong in establishing and managing Vendor Relationships Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects effectively The ideal candidate will need to possess strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to problem solve effectively, and be detail-oriented as to deliver high-quality results needed to maintain the community of this size.
