The employee in this job collaborates with hospital administration, physician leaders, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure the provision of high-quality, patient-centered, and cost-effective care. What You'll Lead Strategic Vision & Enterprise Growth Define and execute the long-term strategy for Diagnostic Imaging and Radiation Oncology across the health system. Drive service line growth, market expansion, and new business opportunities. Partner with executive leadership, physicians, and key stakeholders to strengthen market position and improve patient access. Identify emerging trends, technologies, and care models that position the organization for future success. Operational Excellence Provide executive oversight for complex, multi-site imaging and oncology operations. Drive efficiency, throughput, access, and patient satisfaction through data-driven decision making. Champion process improvement initiatives and operational innovation. Ensure optimal utilization of people, technology, and financial resources. Clinical Quality & Patient Safety Foster a culture where safety, quality, and service excellence are at the center of every decision. Lead initiatives that improve patient outcomes and elevate the care experience. Ensure compliance with all accreditation, regulatory, and quality standards. Advance evidence-based practices and support clinical innovation. Executive Leadership & Physician Partnerships Build strong relationships with physicians, executives, and multidisciplinary teams. Inspire and develop leaders across clinical and operational disciplines. Foster an engaged, collaborative culture focused on accountability, innovation, and results. Lead through influence and partnership to achieve enterprise-wide objectives. Innovation & Transformation Champion advancements in imaging, radiation oncology, digital health, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. What You'll Bring Education Required Master's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field Preferred Doctoral Degree Experience Required 10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience 5+ years of senior leadership experience overseeing Diagnostic Imaging and/or Radiation Oncology services Demonstrated success leading large-scale, multi-site healthcare operations Licensure & Certifications Required ARRT Certification Louisiana State Radiologic Technology Board of Examiners (LSRTBE) License Leadership Competencies Visionary and strategic thinker Proven executive leadership and relationship-building skills Deep operational and financial acumen Expertise in regulatory compliance, quality, and patient safety Strong communicator capable of influencing at all levels of the organization Track record of innovation, growth, and transformational change Why This Role Matters As Vice President of Diagnostic Imaging & Radiation Oncology, you will help define the future of healthcare delivery across our organization.
