Assistant General Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant General Manager to lead our service-oriented team with enthusiasm and precision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery Manage housekeeping + breakfast inventory, fill out weekly order guide based on current inventory to maintain optimal stock levels Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs based on Hilton requirements, and performance management to build a motivated team Help accurately code invoices to submit to accounting on a weekly basis Help GM with cash deposits Supervise shift management, customer service standards, cashiering procedures, and overall hotel management to meet business goals Encouraging Front Desk agents to get Hilton Honors sign ups, positive reviews, and to engage with guests on a daily basis Qualifications Management experience in hotel industry with supervisory responsibilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Experience using Hilton's POS system, PEP Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, problem-solving, and fostering a positive work culture A positive attitude and willingness to help others Join us if you thrive in energetic environments where your leadership can make a tangible impact! Pay:

$35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
