Management Trainee Saginaw Retail Group Grand Blanc, MI $16.00-$20.00 per hour base pay + additional performance-based compensation Full-Time | W-2 | In-Person Management Trainee - Grand Blanc, MI Saginaw Retail Group is expanding our Grand Blanc-area team and looking for a Management Trainee who is ready to develop professionally while gaining real-world experience in retail, sales, customer service, and leadership . This isn't a desk-based management position. Management Trainees start by learning our customer experience and retail sales process firsthand. You will work directly with customers in an established retail environment, answer questions, explain available products and services, identify customer needs, and help customers select appropriate solutions. Through paid training and ongoing coaching, you'll build a strong foundation in customer service and retail sales before becoming eligible for additional leadership and management development responsibilities. Pay & Compensation Guaranteed Base Pay:

$16.00-$20.00 per hour This is an hourly W-2 position. Employees receive guaranteed hourly base compensation within the listed range. Additional performance-based compensation opportunities may be available based on individual results. Additional earnings are not guaranteed and are paid in addition to hourly base compensation.
