Job Description

AGS is a Michigan-based managed IT services and CMMC compliance provider serving commercial and defense/aerospace clients. We are seeking an Integrator to run the business day to day. This person turns the Visionary's ideas and direction into executed results, harmonizes the leadership team, owns the operating rhythm, and holds people accountable across sales, operations, finance, and service delivery. This is a president / general manager / COO type seat that frees the Visionary to focus on vision, growth, and key relationships. This is a fully on-site role at our Madison Heights, MI office. Core Responsibilities Lead, manage, and hold the leadership team accountable (LMA); coach the team and remove roadblocks so work gets finished. Own and run the weekly Level 10 leadership meeting and the full EOS operating rhythm. Drive the 90-day Rocks from set to done; own the company Scorecard and hold the team to weekly numbers. Manage the Issues List and turn issues into decisions and action. Translate the Visionary's ideas into prioritized action plans with clear owners and dates. Ensure service delivery, project execution, and client commitments are met on time and on budget. Oversee resource planning, staffing, and utilization; partner with finance on budgets, margins, and reporting. Keep operations aligned with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC obligations and reinforce process discipline so the company stays audit-ready. (2027) Required Qualifications Proven experience as a COO, General Manager, President, or EOS Integrator running a leadership team. Track record of driving execution and results, not just planning. Strong across all three legs of a business: sales/marketing (2027), operations, and finance. Decisive, organized, personally accountable, and calm under pressure. Able to hold smart, driven people accountable with high follow-through. Comfortable leading a technical, security-focused organization. Due to CMMC compliance applicants must be US Citizens - green cards or work visa are not sufficient Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in managed IT services, cybersecurity, Working knowledge of EOS / Traction and its tools (Level 10, Rocks, Scorecard, Accountability Chart). Familiarity with CMMC Level
II/III, NIST SP
800-171, and regulated IT environments. Experience leading client onboarding, offboarding, and major infrastructure transitions. Background scaling a small-to-mid-size services firm and building repeatable processes. Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent leadership experience. What Success Looks Like in Year One Level 10 meetings, Scorecard, and Rocks run consistently and produce measurable results. Leadership accountability is clear and issues get solved instead of lingering. The Visionary spends materially more time on vision, growth, and key relationships. Service delivery, project timelines, and margins are stable and predictable

$115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
