In this full-time rotational role, you'll gain hands-on experience in store operations, B2B sales, and basic manufacturing support while learning our industry-leading paints and coatings portfolio. Trainees manage customer relationships, support territory sales growth, and assist with merchandising, inventory, and color matching. You'll be mentored by leaders, complete structured training, and build a clear path toward assistant manager or sales roles in our global network.
