In this full-time, rotational role, you'll gain hands-on experience in store operations, B2B/B2C sales, and frontline leadership. Trainees learn our products, serve industrial and commercial customers, analyze sales and inventory data, and support branch performance. You'll work in a safety-first, inclusive, performance-driven culture with structured coaching, formal training, and clear career paths into sales, store, or operations management.
