Position Responsibilities Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all departments. Develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial results to drive continuous improvement. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental leaders to achieve performance targets. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Support workforce planning and employee development initiatives. Strategic Planning & Business Growth Identify new business opportunities and oversee expansion initiatives. Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and execute short- and long-term plans. Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to support sustainable growth. Financial Oversight Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to meet profitability targets. Optimize resource allocation and cost management to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards. Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management.
