COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a dealership holding company actively acquiring established operators across the specialty vehicle space. The flagship location serves customers nationwide across RV and trailer sales, service, parts, and F&I- supported by exclusive manufacturer relationships that represent a meaningful and durable competitive advantage. The ideal candidate brings multi-unit dealership leadership experience and the strategic acumen to complement a strong, tenured team already in place. The business has solid systems and high-quality operations in place. The incoming leader will focus on professionalizing and elevating those operations, growing key revenue streams, and positioning the dealership as the cornerstone of a broader multi-location platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments, including sales, service, parts, and F&I. Develop and execute strategies to drive unit sales, gross profit, F&I penetration, and service and parts revenue growth. Coach, develop, and lead a tenured management team, raising the performance ceiling across all departments. Own the dealership P&L; actively manage budgets, expenses, and monthly financial reporting. Set and monitor sales targets, inventory levels, and pricing strategy. Build and grow F&I revenue through financing, insurance, warranty, and aftermarket product offerings
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of dealership management experience required; 10+ years preferred; background in RV, automotive, marine, or powersports strongly preferred. Multi-unit leadership experience preferred; the ideal candidate has overseen two to three locations with both operational depth and strategic breadth. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability targets in a comparable environment. Deep functional expertise across F&I, service, and sales leadership. A natural coach and collaborator with a proven ability to lead and elevate high-tenure teams.
