As the Assistant Club Manager, you will assist the manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility. Your responsibilities will include managing memberships and personnel, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the facilities are operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness.
Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining the club's operational budget Assist with marketing efforts and promotions Assist with membership sales and promotions Build relationships with vendors Ensure all gym systems and procedures are followed Assist with hiring and training staff Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner Ensure the club is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred but not required Previous management experience is preferred but not required Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills
