As an Assistant Manager Trainee, you will work alongside our manager, learn daily operations, support staff, and help create a welcoming experience for guests at our roller skating rink and family fun center. What you will do Train with experienced managers in daily operations, company procedures, customer service, and sales. Help the manager coordinate staff and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. Support guests and help improve their experience, from everyday visits to special events. Work with team members across different areas of the business to learn how each contributes to a successful visit. Help organize themed skate nights, holiday celebrations, sensory-friendly events, and other community activities. Learn basic sales calculations and use Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting. What you bring Strong customer service and communication skills. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks. A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and take on increasing responsibility. Interest in team leadership, business operations, and community events. Two years of customer service experience preferred. Retail math knowledge is a plus. Ability to reliably commute to our Waynesville location for in-person work.
