Essential Responsibilities:

Offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties. Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs. Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources. Ensure that deals are funded timely and Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new, used-vehicle and finance departments. Establish a positive relationship with customers as they are presented products and services. Secure and finalize transactions in a legal and ethical manner while maintaining a high level of productivity. Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs.

Qualifications:

Self-starter and self-motivated. Great attitude and outstanding work and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage and lead people. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test. At least two (2) years proven automotive F&I management experience. Stable career with previous employers. Maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player with effective communication skills. Dealer Track, CUDL, Automate, F&I and JM&A experience a plus! Compensation is based on experience. 5-day work week, Monday thru Saturday. Closed on Sunday Full benefits, paid vacations, and paid training are offered.
