Five Star Swim School is hiring an assistant manager at our busy swim school! We are looking to hire a candidate that has some prior management experience and is well-versed in customer service and running an effective team. Must have open availability, with the ability to work a combination of some weekday afternoons & evenings, as well as weekend morning & afternoons. This position requires 30-40 hours per week. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this will be a great job for you. Your job will be to assist in overseeing the operations of the school. During a normal day, you can expect to: Oversee employees (front desk, lifeguards, and swim instructors) Be cross trained on all positions to fill in wherever needed (training provided) Greet and connect with families to ensure they have an outstanding experience Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and up to all codes Assist with making the schedule, ensuring the facility is properly staffed Maintaining the pool safe levels for bathing (training provided) Be a leader to the team and provide conflict resolution when needed We are looking for someone to join our team for the long term, minimum of 1 year commitment. Must have a great attitude, be a team played, and be willing and ready to learn all about our business!
