Assistant General Manager (AGM) Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or personal training studio? Our Assistant General Manager's are responsible for driving in revenue through new member enrollment's while retaining our existing members. They help recruit, hire, train and develop future manager's for our company. Our Assistants can advance to General Managers within 60 days of maintaining the position.

• This is a very Sales driven position.

Our AGM's perform marketing efforts themselves and with a team. Our goal is to get potential new members to come in and join. We have a daily Quota to achieve with selling memberships to the club.

Responsibilities Include:

• Calling, Texting and emailing people daily
• Marketing through social media platforms along with Google to generate more business
• Handing out guest passes inside and outside the club to get people to show
• Touring guests around our health clubs
• Assessing each guests individual need for our location
• Selling memberships, personal training and other club amenities
• When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
