Overview We are seeking a motivated Manager Trainee with at least four years of experience in uniform or clothing sales to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills, oversee retail operations, and contribute to a thriving retail environment. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within our company. Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including sales transactions and customer service. Lead product demonstrations and upselling efforts to maximize sales opportunities. Supervise staff, providing guidance on POS (Point of Sale) systems, merchandising, and customer interactions. Handle retail sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity. Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store is well-presented according to merchandising standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy. Conduct product demos to educate customers on features and benefits of various items, enhancing their shopping experience. Skills Proven supervising experience in a retail environment, preferably within uniform or clothing sales. Strong knowledge of POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities for diverse customer interactions. Skilled in upselling techniques to increase sales volume and improve customer satisfaction. Experience with stocking, merchandising, and product demos to promote merchandise effectively. Familiarity with retail store product knowledge and cash handling procedures. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer service.
