- Job Title: Press Operator
- Job Description
- The Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, optimizing, and troubleshooting label production equipment to manufacture products that meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements.
This role requires monitoring product quality throughout all phases of operation, ensuring correct raw materials are processed, performing minor repairs and preventative maintenance, recording production information, and supporting packing and material movement as needed. Additionally, the Press Operator maintains 6S housekeeping standards, participates in EHS and continuous improvement activities, communicates effectively with cross-functional teams, and supports training, cross-training, and the development of standard work documentation.
- Responsibilities
- + Set up and operate label production equipment.
+ Monitor and ensure product quality throughout all phases of operation.
+ Process correct raw materials and perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
+ Record production information accurately.
+ Support packing and material movement as needed.
+ Maintain 6S housekeeping standards.
+ Participate in EHS and continuous improvement activities.
+ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Support training, cross-training, and the development of standard work documentation.

- Work Environment
- The role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring adherence to safety and operational standards. Schedule will be Day Shift from 5:00am-2:00pm Interview 10/14 or 10/15 and start date will be mid-November

- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $20.
00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
