Qualifications Proven management experience within the automotive industry or a related field with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and operational management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance improvement. Knowledge of sales processes, customer service standards, and industry best practices.
