What You'll Be Doing Gain hands-on experience in Ready Mix Concrete operations, including production, dispatch, and delivery logistics Learn key aspects of Aggregate Production and Quality Control through on-site training and project work Collaborate with plant managers and technical teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement Participate in safety, environmental, and quality initiatives to ensure compliance and best practices Rotate through functional areas to build a well-rounded understanding of the business and prepare for future leadership roles What Are We Looking For A strong interest in operations, manufacturing, or construction materials industries Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings Willingness to relocate and travel as needed for training and development Work Environment This role involves both office and field-based work, including time spent in Ready Mix and Aggregate plant environments. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment in varying weather conditions.
