  • 1,500+) Growth opportunities within a fast-growing wellness brand Role Summary The Assistant Manager leads daily studio operations, drives sales, coaches the team, and delivers an exceptional client experience.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help grow the business. Key Responsibilities Lead daily studio operations and ensure smooth day-to-day performance Coach, motivate, and hold the team accountable Drive membership, package, and retail sales Monitor KPIs and help achieve revenue goals Deliver a five-star client experience Manage inventory and maintain operational standards Participate in grassroots marketing, networking events, and local business partnerships What We're Looking For Leadership or management experience (wellness, fitness, med spa, retail, or hospitality preferred) Strong sales and customer service skills Self-starter with a proactive mindset Comfortable representing the business in the community Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Passion for health, wellness, and helping others Schedule Full-time (32/40 hours a week) One weekend day required Flexibility to support multiple locations Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discount
