Full Job Description General Manager Location/Onsite:
One of the target college campuses: SMU, University of Dayton, University of Michigan, or Oklahoma University (On-Site) Our client is seeking a General Manager (Campus Operations, Startup / Logistics) to join their team on-site at a university campus. Base comp of $41,600 + bonus incentives (Total comp $65k - $75k+) Strong path to promotion Equity within the company Health coverage High amount of PTO (Aligns with school holidays) A Day in the Life of the General Manager In this role, you'll act as the on-campus owner-operator of a Snag Delivery location, running daily operations while driving growth and brand awareness. You'll lead a team, manage logistics, and execute marketing initiatives to build a high-performing campus delivery business. This position plays a critical role in expanding Snag's footprint and delivering a seamless, fast convenience experience to college students.
Responsibilities include:
Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of student delivery drivers Oversee daily operations, including order fulfillment and logistics coordination Drive campus awareness through events, student organizations, and grassroots marketing Manage inventory, staffing, and overall execution quality Act as the primary on-campus representative and face of the brand Set goals, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive growth Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Support expansion efforts and scale operations based on demand
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong campus involvement with a well-established student network preferred Proven leadership or team management experience (clubs, athletics, Greek life, etc.) Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a business Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great experiences Ability to problem-solve and execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment About the
