You will own end-to-end production, from capacity planning and scheduling to quality, compliance, and on-time delivery. Partnering closely with engineering and product teams, you'll ensure aerospace-grade components and assemblies meet strict performance and regulatory standards. You'll manage budgets, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives while building and mentoring a high-performing operations team in a collaborative, innovation-focused culture.
